Race remains one of America’s most urgent conversations. As DEI programs are cut, classrooms face pressure, and old wounds stay open, many people feel angry, tired, or afraid to speak.

Dialogue on Race exists because silence cannot move us forward. Honest conversation can open understanding, build courage, and become a powerful step toward real change.

How it works

Dialogue on Race is a four-session small-group series guided by trained facilitators. Each gathering creates space to speak honestly, listen fully, and grow in understanding together.

No lectures. Just dialogue. Each session grows from the voices and experiences in the room.

Join at your own pace. Share, listen, reflect, or simply take in what others offer.

Real people. Real history. Conversations are grounded in lived experience and shared facts, not talking points.

A space made for honest conversation. People with different backgrounds and comfort levels are assured that their voices are heard and valued.
